Please join us as we launch the 2024 community campaign to make the Fox Cities healthier, smarter, and better!

To Register:
- Yourself: Enter you email address below. Make sure "Yes, count me in!" is checked. Enter the number "1" in the quantity box. Make sure the "Send me a confirmation email" is checked. Enter the verification code and click "Register".
- Yourself and additional attendees: Enter your email address below. Make sure "Yes, count me in!" is checked. Select the number of attendees including yourself by entering that number in the quantity box. Make sure "Send each attendee below a confirmation email" is checked. Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address of each additional attendee. Complete the verification code and click "Register".
If you do not have the names and email addresses for your additional attendees, please type "Additional" in the First Name box and "Attendee" in the Last Name Box.
